Biography

The singer and songwriter Jannike from Finland loves performing and being close to her fans. Overall, Jannike can look back on a long love of music. She describes her childhood as follows: ‘Mother says I was a dancer before I could walk. She says I began to sing long before I could talk’. The young woman is studying music at the renowned Sibelius Academy in order to put her career on a professional footing. In the past, she has sung in various bands, performed as a solo artist and worked as a music teacher. The Finnish singer scored a major coup in summer 2021 when she released ‘Just one Look’, a duet with legendary three-time Eurovision winner Johnny Logan. The uptempo song with Motown influences was a huge success in Finland. The duo appear together and perform on ZDF Fernsehgarten. At the beginning of February 2022, Jannike releases her very personal album ‘Welcome to my Life’, in which each song is based on a personal experience.
